Every child deserves a bright start.
In Wakiso District, many children aged 3-7 start primary school with out basic learning, play, or good nutrition.
The Light Universe Junior Education Initiative is Luteete Youth Foundation Uganda`s Early childhood Development program. We give children a safe and loving place to learn before Primary one, We focus on the most vulnerable families in Wakiso District.
What We Do Every day
Learn: Literacy, numeracy, skills, songs and English,
Grow: social skills, creativity, and confidence.
Thrive: Nutritional, hygiene, and safe play spaces.
Our Goal: 150 children this Year, with trained ECD teachers, safe classrooms, and meals.
